The Seattle Seahawks came away with a season-saving win after losing four straight games and now, they travel East to take on the Tennessee Titans in Week 16.

Right now, the 'Hawks are eighth in the NFC. Per the New York Times' playoff machine, they currently have a 49% chance of making the playoffs after the Los Angeles Rams beat the New Orleans Saints on Thursday Night Football.

Will you be able to watch the game on TV? If you live in the green areas on the map below you'll get this game on your local CBS channels, according to 506sports.com:

NFL Week 16 Broadcast Map

The Seahawks-Titans game (green) is competing with two other games during the one o'clock slate: Browns-Texans (red) and Commanders-Jets (yellow). The blue areas will broadcast the Jags-Bucs game during the 4:05pm ET slate. Regardless, if you don't live in the green areas, you won't be able to catch the game on local TV channels.

Of course, there are plenty of other ways to watch in today's world. If you have YouTube TV, there's obviously the Sunday Ticket package that comes with it. There are other streaming sites such as FuboTV, DAZN, and others, as well.

And, if you don't want to deal with any of that – you can always listen to the game on the Seahawks Radio Network

Seahawks need to bring the pass rush

The Titans' biggest weakness is easily the offensive line and both tackles are questionable players, at best. Rookie Jaelyn Duncan has really struggled at left tackle and Dillon Radunz has been up-and-down on the right side.

The Seahawks' pass rush has been pretty good this year, but it wasn't able to bring down Jalen Hurts during last week's 20-17 win. Now, a lot of that has to do with Hurts' mobility, obviously. The 'Hawks still had a solid day, recording 18 total pressures on 31 pass attempts and it certainly had an effect on the game.

The defense needs to make sure it gets Will Levis (or Ryan Tannehill) on the ground, though. The Titans offense already struggles enough and it would pretty much be rendered obsolete if the Seahawks defense forces it into long downs and distances on a regular basis.

A cross-country game isn't an easy situation to deal with in the NFL, but if the Seahawks pass rush can step up and if the ground game can do its thing, then they'll be in good shape by the time the final whistle blows on Sunday.
