There are a lot of players to love on the Seattle Seahawks. Big personalities draw a lot of attention for good reason, but there are some other guys on this team that deserve their fair share of attention too.
Wide receiver Jake Bobo is one such player.
After fighting and clawing to earn a roster spot, Bobo has battled to make his presence known in a very talented offense. Today he did just that with a touchdown in the win over the Panthers.
If there was every any question about whether or not this guy deserved his spot, those questions should be put to bed by now.
Bobo may not ever be a high-volume guy, but plays like this are why he made the team in the first place.
The Seahawks can't always rely on their top three wide receivers as their only source of receptions and big plays. The Jake Bobos of the team are the ones who could end up making the biggest difference from time to time, and today that reception put the game out of reach for the Panthers.
Here's to hoping this is the first of many for a story that keeps getting better for the Seahawks.
