The Seattle Seahawks have been on a roller coaster with star safety Jamal Adams.

Is he hurt? Is he healthy? Playing like an All-Pro? Getting blown away in coverage? Hurting himself in his first game back after a huge extended absence?

That is the name of the game with Adams; confusion. However, the Seahawks have an answer for the short term, and it looks like Adams is back and ready to go for the game against the Bengals.

As of now, it seems like the bye week may have been all that Adams needed to get back and get cleared.

Maybe there was some good to come out of the early bye week after all.

Now, the focus turns to getting Adams back on the field and, more importantly, keeping him healthy.

Perhaps that is easier said than done.

Still, Adams is cleared for now, and hopefully he is able to stay fit in a way that helps this team out with its push for the playoffs and beyond.
