It looks like an incredibly busy offseason looming for the Seattle Seahawks. They cut multiple defensive veterans this week, and long-time wide receiver Tyler Lockett is headed elsewhere, too.

Not to mention, DK Metcalf shook up the NFL stratosphere earlier this week when he requested a trade from Seattle. Metcalf has just one year remaining on his current contract. He is looking to play for a clear contender.

Schneider praises Metcalf after trade request

Often, we see some frustration from the sides involved in a potential trade. There is a rift, usually, but the Seahawks general manager had nothing but positives to say about Metcalf's handling of the potential move.

Young WR Jaxson Smith-Njigba is set for an even bigger role going forward, especially if Metcalf plays elsewhere in 2025 and beyond.

Green Bay Packers

The trade package the Green Bay Packers should offer for WR DK Metcalf

I've suggested several times over the last month that the Green Bay Packers should make a blockbuster trade for Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf. Metcalf is looking for a new contract as he enters the final year of his rookie deal. The former Ole Miss star is primed to become one of the highest-paid […]
