You can do one of two things after a bad, terrible loss; harp on it forever or move on.

The Seattle Seahawks probably just need to move on from their brutal loss in the matchup against the Ravens. That is the only way to get better at the end of the day.

With that being said, it's hard to find a better way to get right than facing off with a team like the Commanders in Week 10.

While they did win today, the Commanders aren't exactly a powerhouse right now after trading away two of their best players.

When you start to break it down, Washington isn't really in the playoff race despite the weak NFC, and it stands to reason that they and the Seahawks will have very different motivations next week.

The Seahawks will be trying to exorcise some demons. Washington is going to be just hanging on.

Seattle's defense should feast against Sam Howell and the offense should be able to score easily against a defense that has lost two very important players.

Is there a better way to bounce back after such a bad loss?

A loss like this may sting, but it doesn't have to sting long. On to the next one.
