Jamal Adams cannot catch a break.

Just minutes into his first game of the 2023 NFL season, the safety was taken out of the game after colliding with Daniel Jones. Adams attempted to get up after the play but was visibly dizzy.

He was taken into the blue medical tent before heading into the locker room. He was quickly ruled out for the remainder of the game with a concussion.

Adams returned to the field after suffering a torn quad tendon in the second quarter of the first game of the 2022 season and was placed on injured reserve.

This was his first game back in 13 months, entering his seventh year in the league.

The Seahawks were ready to have the three-time Pro Bowler back, but it appears they will be without him for a few more games with the latest news.

Hopefully Adams will only be sidelined for a short time and his long awaited return will pick back up again in a few weeks.
