The Seattle Seahawks are entering one of their more important stretches of the season from a record standpoint.

With games coming up against the Commanders and the Rams before the hardest stretch of the season, Seattle needs the next two weeks to go well to build momentum before the harder part of the year.

The Seahawks will just need to hope that they have one of their most important players during this stretch after an injury scare.

Despite a few less-than-stellar games by the team as a whole on the offensive end over the last few weeks, Jaxon Smith-Njigba has emerged as one of the better weapons on the team.

There has been plenty of variance in quarterback play, offensive line play, and play-calling during this time, yet JSN has still been able to find a way to make a difference.

Seattle just has to hope that JSN's recent injury scare isn't a problem for the rest of the season.

This isn't the part of the year where you want to lose one of your more underrated offensive players. Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf have the talent to minimize such a loss, but it is also fair to say that Smith-Njigba has been more consistent than his teammates during his recent games.

With the Commanders and Rams hurting on defense, this is the best time to have all of your weapons to help build momentum before you have to face off against the teams at the later half of the schedule that are sure to make games boat races.

If Seattle wants to reach this high offensive mark, they'll need JSN healthy and on the field as much as possible.

Hopefully this ends up being nothing to worry about.
