After a few down years, the Seattle Seahawks look like they could finally be back.

With all the right names in the right places and a better defense than the porous one that occupied the field for the past few years, this might be a pretty scary team when it is all said and done.

Here are predictions for wins and losses for the season:

Rams @ Seahawks: Win 1-0

The Rams will be without Cooper Kupp and there are still some major questions about Matthew Stafford in 2023.

Seahawks @ Lions: Loss 1-1

The Lions are sneakily one of the hardest games on the schedule. This could be a likely preview for the first round or second round of the playoffs.

Panthers @ Seahawks: Win 2-1

Bryce Young is going to have a rough time in Seattle, and Geno Smith and the offense have plenty of ways to overcome the stars on the Carolina defense.

Seahawks @ Giants: Win 3-1

The Giants have seemingly tricked a lot of people into believing they are a good team. A better defense may help, but the better quarterback will walk away with the win.

Seahawks @ Bengals: Loss 3-2

The Bengals are going to be a tough win for anyone in the league.

Cardinals @ Seahawks: Win 4-2

Silly. After playing one of the best teams in the league, the Seahawks get an easy game against the consensus worst.

Browns @ Seahawks: Win 5-2

This one won't be easy, but the Seahawks have the cohesion that this Browns team has seemed to search for under the current administration. Expect this one to come down to the wire.

Seahawks @ Ravens: Loss 5-3

Having to travel across the country to face Lamar Jackson is brutal, but the outcome of this prediction could change if Lamar Jackson suffers another injury.

Commanders @ Seahawks: Win 6-3

While people are back and forth about the Giants, the Commanders are just flat-out bad and will have a new starter at quarterback without a lot of weapons. Not the best recipe for success for them.

Seahawks @ Rams: Win 7-3

Yes, a sweep against the Rams is on the table. By this point in the year, Matthew Stafford could be done for good, and the rest of the Rams roster just isn't good enough to slow down the Seahawks on offense.

49ers @ Seahawks: Win 8-3

The 49ers are downright scary, but a mediocre starting quarterback makes this juggernaut a bit easier to stare down.

Seahawks @ Cowboys: Loss 8-4

The Cowboys are going to be tough to keep up with for any team. This is going to be the roughest stretch of the year for Seattle.

Seahawks @ 49ers: Loss 8-5

You can't win em all against a team like the 49ers, even if they stick with the inferior starting quarterback.

Eagles @ Seahawks: Loss 8-6

Did we mention this was going to be a really rough stretch?

Seahawks @ Titans: Win 9-6

The Titans' questions on defense mixed with the lack of offensive weapons is going to make this an easier game than some would think.

Steelers @ Seahawks: Win 10-6

The Steelers play a very similar brand of football to the Seahawks, but we'll give the edge to the better quarterback, offensive weapons, and head coach.

Seahawks @ Cardinals: Win 11-6

The worst team in the league for the second time. Easy sweep.

There are a few factors that are still in play, but it sure seems like this offseason has built towards 11-6 and the division title.

Are the Seahawks finally back? It sure seems so.
