Jaxon Smith-Njigba leaves the sidelines for locker room following concussion symptoms

NBC showed JSN getting his ankle taped before heading to the blue medical tent during the Super Bowl, but it quickly went from bad to worse. The sideline reported that JSN left for the locker room by himself after falling to the ground and taking a hit to the head.

He is currently being evaluated for a concussion, with further details to come.
