The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed three rookie tryout players to free-agent deals on Monday, according to a release from the team.

Tampa Bay signed wide receiver Kameron Brown, defensive tackle Mike Greene, and tight end JJ Howland following the Buccaneers' rookie minicamp this past weekend.

Brown is a former Coastal Carolina standout who earned All-Sun Belt honorable mention honors this past season after catching 36 passes for 605 yards and five touchdowns.

Greene, who played college football at James Madison, was the Colonial Athletic Association co-defensive player of the year in 2021 after leading the conference in tackles for loss with 10.5. He totaled 18 sacks in his career for the Dukes.

Howland is a Massachusetts native who played at Yale. He played in 20 career games and caught 34 passes for 564 yards and four touchdowns during his career. He earned All-Ivy League first-team honors this past season.

According to Tampa Bay's communications department, Brown will wear No. 6, Greene will wear No. 71, and Howland will wear No. 82.

The Buccaneers also announced on Monday that they waived defensive lineman Kobe Smith and wide receiver Austin Watkins Jr.
