The Tampa Bay Buccaneers' organization doesn't have a glowing view by its players, it appears.

The NFLPA conducted a survey of 1706 players, where players were asked to score their team based on a number of factors ranging from ownership to family treatment to team facilities.

The Buccaneers came in 24th out of 32 teams.

The primary reasons?  The Buccaneers scored abysmally low in the categories of treatment of families, team travel, and ownership, scoring F, F, and D-, respectively.  The team ranked dead last in the league in the team travel category.

In the team travel category, the team was dinged for not having a family room in the stadium and charging $90 per child for child care coverage on gameday, where most teams offer that service for free.

The primary beef with travel appears to come from younger players having to have roommates or pay $1750 for their own room for the season, where other teams don't have such a requirement.

Joel Glazer didn't get any kind of vote of confidence from his players when asked about ownership's willingness to invest in the team facilities, with a 6.1/10 score that ranked 29th in the league.

Those complaints about the facilities appear warranted, at least if what the players note is true.  Players complained about the locker room being smelly and not clear and the showers having a bug problem.  The sauna is also allegedly dirty and/or moldy, small, and breaking down often.

The Bucs highest score came with the strength coaches, who they gave an A-.  They felt the strength coaches significantly contributed to their successes on the field, good for 9th in the league.

As such, it appears the owners have a good bit of work to do if they want to have happier players in the building next fall.
