Even on her own birthday, Taylor Swift does whatever she can to bring a smile to people's faces.

And her latest gesture is bound to make that happen.

On Thursday, Swift spent time at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, visiting with kids on the hematology and oncology floor.

She gave out autographs, took photos and videos, and just made each and every person's day. Specifically, she took the time to ask one little girl what she wanted for Christmas. And the response was a Dyson Airwrap.

So, on Friday, just one day after Swift's visit, the singer sent that gift to the little girl with an incredibly sweet note.

“In case Santa doesn’t come through. Love, Taylor Swift," she wrote.

And the look of surprise and joy said it all. The girl even teared up a bit at this gesture.

She made this Christmas a time that these patients, family members, nurses, doctors and so many others will remember forever.

Taylor Swift gives back to the Kansas City community with surprise visit to Children's Mercy hospital

Now that Taylor Swift's Eras Tour has ended, the singer has a lot more time on her hands.

And with that, she decided to give back to the Kansas City community.

Swift made a surprise visit to Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City on Thursday. KCTV5 reports that the singer specifically visited with kids in the hospital on the hematology and oncology floor.

She was seen on video giving autographed copies of her Eras Tour book.

And even made a TikTok while there.

But one of the best parts was when she held up a Chiefs blanket that said, "Go Taylor's Boyfriend."

Plus, she got to celebrate one fan's last day of chemo.

She really is the best, and we're lucky to have her in Kansas City.
