The Tennessee Titans offense is going to look completely different in 2024. Ran Carthon has revamped the offensive line, brought in two strong wide receivers in Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd, and Brian Callahan's system may make the team more pass happy than ever. With all that change, late round incoming rookies can easily get lost in the shuffle during OTAs and minicamp.

However, one rookie has been breaking through and standing out thanks to his versatility. The sixth round 2024 NFL Draft pick wide receiver Jha'Quan Jackson may not break any records in year one, but he's certainly been doing enough to make Titans fans believe he could make an impact in multiple roles right away.

Jha'Quan Jackson the wide receiver and return weapon

Jha'Quan Jackson continues to impress at Tennessee Titans minicamp both as a wide receiver and a returner. The pads haven't come on, so the limited action we've seen thus far won't mean as much as training camp reps in July and August, but he's looked promising.

We aren't allowed to film special teams segments in practice, so there aren't any return clips to show you. But here's a sneak peak at how well Jackson has looked at receiver from my fellow Titans media member and friend Easton Freeze:

Jackson has great hands and boasts incredible speed. Every single practice he shows off his quickness and ability to separate. In fact, just this week he's made a handful of nice grabs in 7-on-7 and 11s. Tuesday he made a contested catch deep down the right sideline from Will Levis against the Titans' feisty cornerback Roger McCreary. Wednesday he found open space on a couple nice snags as well.

While he won't find anywhere near an every down role, he does offer a skill set not present among the top three Titans wide receivers. His unique build, YAC ability, and quickness could offer the Titans a wider variety of offensive options for Will Levis.

As a returner, he's been running with both the punt and kickoff teams every single practice that has been open to the media. He'll need to prove he can be consistent there, but he logged over 150 snaps back deep on punts and kicks at Tulane. That incredible experience won't likely be overlooked as the Titans are considering who to trot out on return plays this fall.

If Jackson keeps making plays against the best defenders on the team and shows consistency on returns there's a great shot he both makes the final roster and finds himself making an impact every single week for the Titans this fall.
