Cornerback L'Jarius Sneed held his first press conference with Tennessee Titans media on Tuesday and kicked it off by addressing his health.

Last season Sneed dealt with a lingering knee injury that he originally suffered in 2022 with the Kansas City Chiefs, however, he says he's now healthy and ready to play football.

"Ain't nothing wrong with my knee," Sneed said. "I'm fine. I played the whole season. Years before that I played as well. I had a couple of problems, ya know I had a banged-up knee before. But, I'm good right now, nothing is wrong with my knee."

Sneed confirmed that he won't need to monitor his knee injury moving forward.

"I know what to do with my knee," he said. "I'm coming out here to play ball."

Injuries have ultimately not plagued Sneed's career as he's missed just three games since 2021.

Additionally, he logged a personal best 14 passes defended and two interceptions in 2023 with the Chiefs — despite battling through that knee issue.

So it's safe to say that any concern over Sneed's knee should be squashed by now.

The Titans traded for Sneed last week, sending Kansas City a 2025 third-round pick and a swap of 2024 seventh-round picks in return.

Sneed, a former 2020 fourth-round pick by the Chiefs, has registered 303 total tackles (19 for loss), 6.5 sacks, 10 interceptions, 40 passes defended, four forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries through 57 regular-season games so far.
