The Tennessee Titans have a target date in mind when it comes to the completion of the franchise's new stadium.

Per ESPN's Turron Davenport, the Titans are shooting for February 27, 2027, or sooner. According to Reggie Polk, the president of Polk & Associates Construction, they've "already hit the ground running" when it comes to the genesis of the project.

"We've already hit the ground running," Polk told reporters Monday. "We already have a lot of great trade partners that have mobilized and getting started. If you've been by the new stadium, you'll see that we're already demoing out the existing parking lot and we're having meetings all day, every day to make sure our teams, logistically, are coordinating well and we're communicating that message back to the Titans.

"Progress is rolling. We already have our end date in mind. We are still working through some design elements, but we have such a great team, there, and everything is going really well."

The team also released sketches of the process to the final design:

The Titans broke ground on February 29, 2024, which obviously puts the timeline at a projected three years. They'll host prospective tickets for the new Nissan Stadium at Titans House.

"This is such a unique project," said Polk. "We have a building that's over a hundred years old, so it had a couple of challenges that come with the building. But when you look at what the design consultants put together for this space – it just turned out phenomenal.

"So once myself, my wife, and our team sat down and looked at the project, we knew all heads had to come together. There were so many different design elements that we had to consider… so we had to get everything here, within a certain amount of time, so we could deliver this space."
