NASHVILLE – Tennessee Titans fans watched NFL football on Sunday and got a break form the frustration that has been watching their favorite team.

Tennessee plays in Miami on Monday Night Football where they will look to get in the win column for the first time of the 2024 season. The Titans will also be looking to snap an unbelievable streak that has now extended beyond 1,000 days.

It has has been over 1,000 days – 1,001 to be exact – since the Tennessee Titans last scored 30 points in a football game. That goes all the way back to Week 17 of the 2021 season.

On January 2nd, 2022, the Titans defeated….the Miami Dolphins by a score of 34-3 at Nissan Stadium. The Titans nearly reached 38 points in a 28-25 victory in Week 18 of that year, but it has since been a massive struggle.

Tennessee has played 37 football games since the start of the 2022 season. Obviously, they have not scored 30 points in any of those games. But potentially worse is the fact that the Titans have come up short of 20 points in 25 of those 37 contests.

Perhaps another date with Miami is exactly what the Titans need to snap the streak. But based on how things have gone to start this season, it seems like this may last well beyond 1,000 days.
