A very scary moment occurred when Tennessee Titans wideout Treylon Burks was carted off the field during Thursday night's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Fortunately, for Burks and the Titans, head coach Mike Vrabel was able to give an optimistic, postgame update that had a lot of people feeling better about the situation.

"Trey is alert, moving, and I'll have more of an update, hopefully tomorrow," Vrabel told reporters. "The way it looked … he's alert and the training room will evaluate him."

On Friday, Vrabel gave more details, including the fact that Burks temporarily lost consciousness after his hard fall. Burks is also in the concussion protocol.

Obviously, the Titans have an extra three days rest before their November 12 matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Burks' health comes first and foremost, but we'll see if the extra time off helps him get on the field for the Week 10 contest.

The second-year receiver finished Thursday night's game with two catches for 23-yards on three targets. In all, he has eight receptions for 122-yards on 18 targets for the year.
