One of the biggest ingredients to the Tennessee Titans' potential success in 2019 is wide receiver Corey Davis.

Tennessee needs Davis to develop into a true No. 1 wide receiver — someone who can carry the passing game.

Last season, Davis played in all 16 games and caught 65 passes for 891 yards and four touchdowns. Those numbers need to improve in 2019 if the Titans are going to compete for the AFC South division crown.

Fortunately for the Titans, the former Western Michigan standout looked the part of an elite wide receiver during the team's first training camp practice.

Davis was matched up against cornerback LeShaun Sims and he looked smooth as he went up and made an impressive grab.

There's no doubt that Davis has the talent to be a Pro-Bowl caliber wide receiver. He should be a big help to quarterback Marcus Mariota in 2019.

If Davis can go for 1,100 to 1,200 yards this season, it will mean the offense is dialed in and the Titans likely have a quarterback/wide receiver combo they can count on for years.

Of course, this is just one play in a training camp practice. Davis will have to prove he can stay healthy and be consistent. But at least fans know what kind of potential he has.
