Will Levis is moving on up in the NFL QB power rankings. The rookie has impressed in his first two starts and was recently named the permanent starter in Nashville.

In his first start, Levis threw for 238 yards and 4 TDs, leading the Titans to a 28-23 win over the Falcons. In his next start, Levis put up another strong performance in a losing effort to the Steelers on Thursday Night Football.

Now, ahead of Week 10, NFL.com is moving Levis up in the QB rankings.

The NFL.com staff has Levis slotted in at No. 23, up from No. 25 a week ago. Regarding Levis, Nick Shook said the following:

In only his second start, Levis' poise, passion and intensity shined through, even if his ability to evade pressure still needs work. The rookie established a connection with Kyle Philips, delivering a pair of beautiful passes to the second-year wideout to keep drives going, even while Pittsburgh's focus on DeAndre Hopkins limited the veteran's ability to contribute.

Levis' next opportunity will be against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Tampa. The rookie is seeking to get the Titans back into the win category following the Pittsburgh loss.

"It's only two games, but I've liked what I've seen out of Levis a lot more than I expected," explained Shook.

The Titans and Bucs will kick off from Tampa at 1 p.m. Eastern on Sunday.
