Nashville, TN — The Tennessee Titans offense is set to look completely different in 2024. Derrick Henry is now with the Ravens. New head coach Brian Callahan is installing a new scheme that is way more three-wide-receiver-set heavy. Ran Carthon has done a masterful job bringing in key additions via free agency like Tony Pollard, Calvin Ridley, and Tyler Boyd. So, what is the new offense looking like early on here at Titans OTAs?

According to Brian Callahan, Titans players participating, and every media member at practice today the offense is already moving in the right direction.

First look at Calvin Ridley at Titans OTAs

Calvin Ridley didn't take long to impress, even before he started going anywhere near full speed. And once he was warmed up Ridley was a reception vacuum, hauling in every single target, running crisp routes, and making perfect reads on deeper shots from Will Levis all practice long as you can see in the post below.

Ridley is going to be perhaps the most crucial new piece to the Titans' offense in 2024, and it looks like he's ready to hit the ground running in Tennessee.

Will Levis building trust with WRs early

One thing that stood out right away was Will Levis and his apparent immediate chemistry with some of his new targets at wide receiver. Both Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd showed out at OTAs today and it grabbed the attention of head coach Brian Callahan, as you can see in the post below.

"Will has done a really nice job. Veteran guys like Calvin Ridley, Tyler Boyd come up to him to discuss routes, etc. so it falls less on Will to make corrections."

Having two new wide receivers with 13 NFL seasons of combined experience is obviously already helping Will Levis take the next step in his development. He should continue to lean heavily on all Calvin Ridley, Tyler Boyd, and returning future Hall of Fame wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins throughout OTAs as the offense continues to gel together.
