That's been one of the most viral videos this past week after Philadelphia’s Mayor, Cherelle Parker, messed up the Eagles chant. It was during a press conference where she spoke about the city’s preparation for the upcoming winter storm, and Parker included the iconic “E-A-G-L-E-S, EAGLES” chant. But, she spelled it wrong.
So, ahead of the NFC Championship game, Washington Commanders fans have been having a field day with this one. Shirts were created with this interesting spelling, and some Commanders fans started selling them at the tailgate on Sunday.
However, there is one thing that they can agree on.
The Commanders and Eagles are two of four teams in the NFC East, along with the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys. And there is one team that they can all come together about for a specific reason.
A 'Dallas Sucks' chant broke out between both Eagles and Commanders fans outside Lincoln Financial Field
