The Washington Commanders have started the season 1-1, and are coming off an ugly primetime loss against the Green Bay Packers. The best way to bring the mood back up in the fanbase is with a win at home against an opponent you’re expected to beat in the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Raiders are coming off an ugly loss of their own after losing at home to an in-division rival, the Los Angeles Chargers. This is an opportunity for both teams to prove themselves as they face adversity from the fanbase and answer back with a big win. It’s the NFL, though, and nothing comes easy, especially with the Commanders dealing with injuries.

Commanders vs Raiders

The Commanders had a mini bye week after playing on Thursday night, and the Raiders have the complete opposite after playing the second game of a Monday Night Football doubleheader. This is the best-case scenario for a team coming off a physical game with a lot of injuries, including Jayden Daniels, for whom we are unsure if he will even be playing.
