The Philadelphia Eagles have already cashed in a huge return on its off-season investment in star wide receiver A.J. Brown.

Perhaps one of general manager Howie Roseman’s finest moves, acquiring Brown has positioned the Eagles for a Super Bowl run. Heading into Week 18, Brown has an opportunity to make Eagles history with a productive outing against the New York Giants.

As it currently stands, Brown (1,401) is nine receiving yards shy from breaking Mike Quick’s single-season record (1,409), which he set in 1983.

He’s also 99 yards short of the 1,500-yard benchmark, which was a target of Brown’s in his time with the Tennessee Titans.

With the possibility of QB Jalen Hurts making his return, coupled with the fact that the Birds need to win in order to clinch the NFC East and the top seed in the NFC, Brown is in line for a big day.
