Since some players are no longer practicing or playing football with their team, they are making appearances on TV, radio, and things of that nature, which is fine. But the Eagles aren't.

But, let me just start by saying there is a reason they can do that they aren't going to the Super Bowl.

Earlier this week it was Lions running back Jamaal Williams, who is very good. He had a great segment and didn't say anything outlandish. On Thursday it was Giants' safety Julian Love, who, for some reason thought it would be okay to troll Nick Sirianni.

"I don't like it at all," Love said when asked if he liked Sirianni's passion and fire. "I mean, he's in for a free ride right now, you guys can coach this team."

Yes. That is what he said, and he said it on live TV on Good Morning Football. As bizarre as it is for a guy who got beat by this team three times, and blown out twice, including a 38-7 victory by the Eagles in the divisional round, is crazy to me. Why is he even talking?

Well, he is talking because his offseason came early. He is at home bored with no more football so he has to say something that will likely bring him some attention.

Nick Sirianni is one of the best coaches in the league right now. Two years ago this team was 4-11. Last year they barely made the playoffs as a wild card, and this year they are in the Super Bowl.

And another thing, most players love paying for a guy that shows fire and passion, because then that shows the players that you care, and if anyone does, it's him.

Love should have just taken the high road and congratulated the Eagles. Now he will have all of Philly and every Eagles fan out there coming for him on social media. But, then again, he dug himself into that hole.
