Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni speaks to reporters on Tuesdays following Week 14's loss to Cowboys

The Philadelphia Eagles won't be making any coaching changes.

Head coach Nick Sirianni was asked on Tuesday if any coaching changes will be made starting in Week 15 against the Seattle Seahawks.

Sirianni had a short answer: "No."

The reporter followed up by asking, "What's behind that thinking?"

"I feel good with the people that we have in this building," Sirriani said. "We're 10-3. We're in control of our own destiny. We're going to keep rolling and finding answers with the people that we have."

There's been a lot of frustration expressed by fans over new defensive coordinator Sean Desai, but despite the obvious dip in production, Sirianni remains confident in him and the rest of his staff moving forward.

"Total confidence, obviously that's why we hire him for the job. That's why I hired him for the job," he said.

Sirianni even called out players by saying, this is a "team sport," meaning it's not just the coach's fault and that players need to execute better.

"To single somebody out, to single one person out is not the right move here," Sirianni explained. "It's 'how do we get better as a team?' And we have to get better as a team make no mistake about it. But that's where we are there."

Sirianni did mention that the team needs to be better on third downs, which will be a huge focus in this week's preparation.

Still, he refused to single anyone out.

"Everybody is involved in that and it starts with me and then goes to everybody else," Sirianni said.
