After kicking a game-winning 54-yard field goal in the Philadelphia Eagles' 34-31 overtime win over Washington Commanders, Jake Elliott is your NFC Special Teams Player of the Week.

It's the second time this season that he's been named to the award, the first time came in Week 1 against the New England Patriots. And it's the fifth time since he entered the league in 2017 that he's taken home the honor.

Elliott went 4-for-4 on field goals and 2-for-2 on extra points in the Eagles' Week 4 win on Sunday.

He set a new benchmark with his 54-yarder, which is now the longest overtime game-winning kick in Eagles franchise history.

So far this season, Elliot has made 4 of 5 kicks from 50-plus yards and has missed just one of 12 total attempts.
