The Philadelphia Eagles could be without one of their key pieces on offense when they take on the Buffalo Bills later today.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, starting right tackle Lane Johnson has been downgraded to questionable against Buffalo.
Schefter added to his report that Johnson told trainers this morning that he "woke up with soreness in his groin." He has been treated and is scheduled for an MRI.
Johnson's potential absence would be a major loss for the Eagles' offense considering they are about to face a disruptive Buffalo defense that features Leonard Floyd who already has 9.5 sacks on the season.
If Johnson isn't available, the Eagles will lean on Jack Driscoll, Tyler Steen, or Fred Johnson at right tackle.
We'll know more when the Eagles announce their inactives list an hour out from their 4:15 p.m. ET kickoff.
