The Philadelphia Eagles once again have a very good quarterback, but we all knew that. Jalen Hurts is an MVP candidate, and a huge reason the Eagles have the best record in football, along with the fact that they are Super Bowl favorites.

Hurts didn’t play against the Cowboys, which could be a big reason they lost. Hurts was hurt against the Chicago Bears, when he was thrown to the ground on a sack. He has been resting his shoulder since, and we still really aren’t sure when he will be back.

There have been thought that the Eagles would sit him the last three weeks if the season to rest for the playoffs, but head coach Nick Sirianni is stringing everyone along.

We all want to know whether or not Hurts will be playing this week, and we keep hearing the same thing, don’t rule Hurts out. But now Sirianni has told us why we shouldn’t rule him out.

“If you and him went out and shot baskets, he would whoop you,” Sirianni started to tell the media. “If you guys went out and you raced against each other, he’d whoop you. If you guys went out and, let’s see, tried to throw the football to see who threw it more accurate, he’d whoop you. And so, his body heals faster than yours.”

The reporters and media couldn’t help but laugh after that.

I mean, Sirianni isn’t wrong though, and that is a great way to describe why he isn’t ruled out, not only with injuries but with anything.

Hurts, and the rest of the players in the NFL, and professional athletes around the world, aren’t built like normal human beings.

Hurts is built different.
