The Philly offensive line was near-unstoppable against every other unit in the league. In fact, this group was so strong that the NFL could implement rules to ban the "tush push" because it was so effective for Philly.
Good offensive lines win football games. With this in mind, it makes sense that the Eagles decided to target the position to protect Jalen Hurts for the majority of his contract.
After a messy few moves that put the Eagles in a position to make picks back to back, Howie Roseman and company landed on Alabama guard Tyler Steen with the 65th pick.
Steen is a proven entity that is going to be able to do a lot to provide the Eagles with stability and another young guy to build up and then lean on down the road.
