It was an eventful contest between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.

Pittsburgh dealt with a plethora of injuries and shot themselves in the foot multiple times.

Here were the plays that had the biggest effect on the outcome:

Sloppy Start

The Steelers struggling to generate offensive efficiency in the first half isn't a surprise, but there were multiple plays to be had that Pittsburgh simply didn't capitalize on early in the game.

No More Minkah

Minkah Fitzpatrick would head straight to the locker room and was ruled out almost immediately in this game, signaling a troubling sign for him and the Steelers. We will update further when more information is available.

Pad Meet Ball

Kwon Alexander was a late offseason addition who was brought in to make plays like these. He plays with a dynamic intensity and it was only a matter of time before he made an impact.

Turnover Number Two

Damontae Kazee made the big play here, but it was a surprising throw from Lawrence, who as we highlighted in the preview, has been throwing the ball very well, and making even better decisions than last year.

Pickett Goes Down

After trying to give it a go in the second half, and even being listed as probable, Pickett was quickly ruled out and had to hand the reigns over to Mitch Trubisky for the duration of the game.

Herbig Makes It Happen

Another week of Herbig making big plays in limited snaps. He has come along at his own pace but he routinely makes plays when he's on the field, lending him more opportunities in the future.

Like Clockwork

After the Jaguars hit a big play of their own, Mitch Trubisky marched the team down the field and ended the drive with a shot and TD to GP14, putting the Steelers down a TD heading into the fourth.

Not Money, Mitch

This throw would ultimately break the Steelers back, with Jacksonville going down and kicking a field goal that put them down 10 points before a failed final drive for Pittsburgh and and concluding drive for Jacksonville.
