Pittsburgh Steelers WR George Pickens had quite the weekend following the win over the Tennessee Titans.

Clearly unhappy with his role over the last couple of weeks, Pickens wasn't shy about voicing his concerns.

As it turns out, Coach Tomlin has no issue with that:

No Big Deal?

"Heck, yeah, man, he expresses frustration all the time," Coach Tomlin told the media when asked about Pickens shpwoing frustration about his lack of targets both during and after the Titans game. "He wants to be significant. He wants to be a reason why we're successful. Man, y'all don't begrudge that. I want guys who want the football. I want guys who want to be central reasons why we're successful. And so that's a non-issue, to be quite honest with you."

So maybe it truly doesn't bother Coach T. After all, he's dealt with plenty of antics before. Those came by way of a man that tore up the league for nearly a decade in the black and gold, stalking defenders in his #84 jersey.

But the fact that Tomlin even has to answer questions about Pickens recent activities via social media tells us all we need to know…

It's a distraction.

Pittsburgh has proved they can deal with distractions better than most franchises, and as I elaborated yesterday, the situation is largely overblown.

But that's right now. If Pickens doesn't get the ball and the actions keep up, Pittsburgh could have a problem on their hands, and Coach T's tune may be changing.
