The San Francisco 49ers are set to begin a potentially pivotal stretch of their season, and they might do so with another issue on the offensive line.
San Francisco did not practice on Monday as the Niners prepare to face the Seattle Seahawks on a short week on Thanksgiving night.
But the 49ers produced an estimated practice report, and it flagged some injuries to monitor going into a road game that could go a long way to deciding the NFC West.
49ers estimated injury report
Injury report observations
The 49ers are hopeful they can get left guard Aaron Banks back after missing the last two games with turf toe, but right guard Spencer Burford's knee injury is a worrying fresh concern.
Veteran Jon Feliciano has played well in Banks' absence. However, if both Banks and Burford are unavailable, the 49ers will face the prospect of moving one of their backup tackles, Matt Pryor and Jaylon Moore, to right guard.
Pryor does have experience of playing at that spot in the pros, so would be the leading candidate. The 49ers also have veteran Jesse Davis, who has guard-tackle flexibility, on the practice squad.
Javon Hargrave was not as impactful as fellow defensive tackle Arik Armstead rushing the passer in Sunday's win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but the 49ers will still want him healthy enough to take advantage of a vulnerable Seattle interior offensive line.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan said on Monday that Shemar Jean-Charles is day-to-day with a shoulder injury. If veteran return man Ray-Ray McCloud cannot play, then rookie wide receiver Ronnie Bell would be the favorite to take over his duties.
