The NFL's Week 12 slate features plenty of great matchups. Many teams still have playoff aspirations, and the teams that don't need to find out about some players before making changes for next year.

Here are the best prop bets across the league to make this week.

*Odds subject to change

Philadelphia Eagles RB Saquon Barkley OVER 96.5 rushing yards (-114) vs. Los Angeles Rams – FanDuel

Barkley is arguably the hottest player in the NFL right now and is a legitimate MVP candidate. He leads the league in total scrimmage yards with 1,347 and ranks second in rushing with 1,137.

Barkley is the centerpiece of the Eagles' offense, averaging 22 total touches per game. He has eclipsed 96 rushing yards in eight of his 10 games this season, including in four of his last five games. The Rams' defense is allowing 127 rushing yards per game. Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes OVER 233.5 yards (-110) vs. Carolina Panthers – BetMGM

Mahomes was held in check by a very good Buffalo Bills' secondary last week, but this week he'll face a Panthers defense that ranks 24th against the pass. Carolina is also allowing the second highest quarterback rating in the NFL.

Mahomes has eclipsed 233 passing yards in six games this season. With receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster now healthy, Mahomes has a nice complement of pass catchers in Travis Kelce, DeAndre Hopkins, Xavier Worthy and Smith-Schuster. Seattle Seahawks WR Jaxson Smith-Njigba OVER 5.5 receptions (+108) vs. Arizona Cardinals – Caesars Sportsbook

Smith-Njigba has been on fire over the past three weeks, catching 23 passes for 359 yards and two touchdowns during that span. He has caught at least six passes in five times this season, including in each of his last three games.

It's very possible that quarterback Geno Smith has a better chemistry with Smith-Njigba at this point, and Smith-Njigba may have jumped over DK Metcalf as the team's No. 1 wide receiver. Smith-Njigba has a nice matchup against the 21st ranked Cardinals pass defense. Check out our full list of best prop bets for Seahawks vs. Cardinals.

Washington Commanders RB Brian Robinson Jr. ANYTIME touchdown (-145) vs. Dallas Cowboys – DraftKings

Robinson is one of the breakout running backs of the NFL in 2024. He has found the endzone six times in his last six games. The Commanders could lean heavily on their rushing attack in this game against a Cowboys defense that ranks 31st against the run.

Washington has ran the ball 25 times inside of the 5-yard line this season, the second most in the NFL. Of those carries, they have scored 12 times, which is the most in the league. Check out our full list of best anytime touchdown bets for this week.

Los Angeles Chargers WR Ladd McConkey OVER five receptions (-115) vs. Baltimore Ravens – bet365

McConkey is really starting to come into his own. He by far leads the Chargers in receptions and receiving yards, and he has recorded over five catches and over 100 yards in two of his last four games.

As mentioned above, the Ravens have the worst pass defense in the league, making this as sure of a bet as you can find this week. Check out our full list of best prop bets for Chargers vs. Ravens.
