Two interconference playoff contenders clash when the Los Angeles Rams host the Buffalo Bills in Week 14.

Check out our full odds, picks and predictions for this matchup. Now, here are our best prop bets for Rams vs. Bills.

*Odds subject to change

Rams RB Kyren Williams OVER 70.5 rushing yards (-115) – DraftKings

Williams has been one of the most underrated running backs in the NFL, ranking fifth in rushing with 926 yards and 12 total touchdowns.

He has been the most consistent part of the Rams' offense this season, eclipsing 70 rushing yards eight times, including in each of his last three games. The Bills' defense is allowing 4.9 yards per carry to ball carries this season, the second-most in the league.

Bills RB James Cook ANYTIME touchdown (-115) – Caesars Sportsbook

Cook has been a touchdown machine this season, tied for the third most among all running backs with 11 and 12 in total. He has found the endzone six times in his last four games.

Cook not only gets the ball inside the 10-yard line, but he has the speed to break off long touchdown runs – evident by his 65-yard touchdown run against the San Francisco 49ers last week. He has a great matchup this week against a Rams defense that ranks 28th against the run.

Rams QB Matthew Stafford UNDER 249.5 passing yards (-117) – Caesars Sportsbook

Stafford is still capable of having a big performance in any given week, but he also often underwhelms. He has been held under the 250-yard passing mark in each of his last two games.

Stafford faces a good Bills secondary this week that ranks eighth in the NFL against the pass, allowing just an average of 200 yards per game. Since Buffalo struggles against the run, it makes sense for the Rams to feed Williams early and often.

Bills QB Josh Allen OVER 237.5 passing yards (-117) – Caesars Sportsbook

Allen is at the top of his game right now and is a leading MVP candidate. He doesn't always throw for a ton of yards because of his running ability, but has a great matchup this week against a Rams defense that is allowing 7.9 yards per completion, the third-most in the league. Allen has eclipsed 237 passing yards in three of his last five games.
