The Bengals are one of the hottest teams in the NFL. They have won eight out of nine games and six in a row. Last week, they fell behind 17-0 to Tom Brady and the Buccaneers. However, Joe Burrow led another comeback, as the Bengals ended up taking care of business and winning 34-23.
Now, the Bengals are off to New England to play Brady's former team. The Patriots are coming off not only the worst loss of the season but maybe one of the worst losses in NFL history.
With the game tied, and time expired, Jakobi Myers decided to lateral the ball backward, straight into the hands of Chandler Jones, who ran it back for the game-winning Touchdown.
It was a crushing loss for New England, and it will be interesting to see how they bounce back this Sunday.
The Patriots tend to stick to low-scoring and close games, so I expect this matchup to be no different. The game will come down to which offense can make more big-time plays. Luckily for the Bengals, that is something they are very good at and something the Patriots struggle with.
If Burrow can make a couple of plays down the field, the Bengals should win this one comfortably.
I like Bengals ML and the under.
