Cincinnati Bengals will have to bounce back in Week 5 on the road in the desert without one of their best players.
Wide receiver Tee Higgins is going to be out against the Arizona Cardinals, per Dianna Russini. Higgins’ rib injury is going to keep him out this week.
Higgins returned to practice on Friday after not being a participant on Wednesday and Thursday. The wideout had suffered a fractured rib in the loss to the Tennessee Titans. With all the turning and potential shots that could be taken to the core, perhaps the best option is sitting Higgins for a week at least.
Currently, Higgins has 129 receiving yards in four games. He’s just one part of the offense that is struggling as a collective.
After being ruled out to end the week, it is now known the Bengals will have to try to defeat the Cardinals without Higgins.
