The Alabama Crimson Tide may be starting a new era today, but when surveying the roster, it should be more of the same when it comes to April.

That's because as usual, the Tide are going to produce plenty of potential NFL Draft candidates.

Because it's Week 1, today we're going to highlight arguably the top three prospects heading into the season.

QB Jalen Milroe

Milroe is looking to show how he has developed both in and out of structure. Working on protecting himself while taking fewer shots will be key, because other than that, he might be the most dynamic QB rushing prospect in years.

But his play in the pocket, the poise, the decision-making, the accuracy, and anticipation, that's what matters most for Milroe, and he can get off to a good start vs. WKU, something HC Kalen DeBoer is anxious to see:

Now it's really playing football, understanding situations, getting on the same page with both [OC] Nick Sheridan and the play caller and myself and working through all of those things, said DeBoer when speaking of Milroe. And then there's the leadership piece too. He does such a great job of that, both on and off the field. He holds himself to an extremely high standard in all ways. And he leads through example. He leads with his poise and even body language and then his words as well."

OL Tyler Booker

Booker is arguably the top guard in the 2025 class, but guard can be a forgotten-about position in the first round unless you are truly special. A dominant run game and suitable level of protection behind Milroe could be the recipe for a meteroic rise from Booker.

Look for 52 to be clearing runways and throwing others around in pass protection today.

DB Malachi Moore

The most tenured man on the roster, Moore is back for his fifth season in Crimson and White looking to show he's far more than a vocal leader and presence on the backend. I expect the best year here out of Moore and believe he can raise his day three stock starting on Saturday.
