Georgia Bulldogs land on elite 5-star QB’s short list of school visits this fall

The Georgia Bulldogs are on a five-star quarterback’s radar.

According to On3’s Hayes Fawcett, five-star quarterback Elijah Haven plans to visit six schools this fall, and the Bulldogs are one of them.

“NEWS: Five-Star QB Elijah Haven has locked in visits to these 6 Schools this fall, source tells @rivals The 6’5 215 QB from Baton Rouge, LA is ranked as the No. 1 QB in the 2027 Class (per Rivals Industry),” Fawcett reported via X/Twitter.

The Penn State Nittany Lions, LSU Tigers, Alabama Crimson Tide, Florida Gators, and Auburn Tigers are the other five schools Haven will be visiting.

Haven, six-foot-five and 215 pounds, is ranked as the No. 1 quarterback, the No. 1 player in the state of Louisiana, and the overall No. 15 player in the nation.

Last fall, Haven was named the MaxPreps National Sophomore of the Year after leading The Dunham School to a 14-1 record and a berth in the Louisiana Division III Select state championship game. He completed 193 passes for 3,093 yards and 37 touchdowns, with a completion rate of 60.7%. Haven also made a major impact on the ground, rushing for 925 yards and 19 touchdowns.

  • Penn State Nittany Lions vs Oregon Ducks (Sept. 27).
  • Florida Gators vs Texas Longhorns (Oct. 4).
  • Alabama Crimson Tide vs Tennessee Volunteers (Oct. 18)
  • Georgia Bulldogs vs Texas Longhorns (Nov. 15).
  • Auburn Tigers vs Alabama Crimson Tide (Nov. 2)
