The Oklahoma Sooners' 2026 class has some really good names on it, and Brent Venables and his staff seem to be making some pushes for some very good players. As of right now, they only have four players committed in their 2026 class.

And, all four of those are on the offensive side of the ball, with one being a quarterback in Jaden O'Neal, one wide receiver in Daniel Odom, one tight end in Ryder Mix, and one interior offensive lineman in Will Conroy. And, they aren't going to stop there, as they are currently trying to pursue a wide receiver who plays high school football in Georgia.

The Sooners seem to really like Dallas Dickerson.

Dallas Dickerson, a 6’1”, 180-pound wide receiver from North Oconee High School in Bogart, Georgia, is a pretty good prospect in the class of 2026. In 2024, he helped North Oconee go 15-0, winning the GHSA Class 4A state championship, the program’s first. And, he played a pretty big part in it as one of their best players, if not their best one.

He had a good junior year, earning first-team all-region honors in Region 8. Key games included a touchdown in a 40-35 win over Eastside and two catches in a 20-7 playoff victory against Blessed Trinity. With star receiver Landon Roldan gone, Dickerson is expected to lead in 2025, potentially hitting 1,000 receiving yards.

Dickerson’s speed and versatility have drawn offers from major programs like Florida, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Kansas State, Wisconsin, and Indiana. He has official visits planned to Kentucky, Kansas State, Wisconsin, and Indiana. Georgia is also showing strong interest. Currently a three-star recruit and the No. 55 WR nationally, his stock is rising fast, and the Oklahoma Sooners want to get ahead of it all.

However, them submitting their offer to Dickerson just this week, as Parker Thune reported that Jim Nagy, the programs general manager, delivered the offer, of course, Florida soon responded with one as well, just hours later.
