The Oklahoma Sooners are one of the best schools in the country when it comes to hosting visits. Now, that may be a very subjective thing to say, but it seems like every time they have a visit where they must land the prospect, they come out on top.

They always leave a lasting impression on players who visit the campus, and that's something that you really can't beat. Sure, the team was bad in 2024, having their second losing season in three years when they didn't have one before that since 1998. They were able to keep the 2025 class they have now after a bad 2024 because of how their visits went during recruitment.

They recently made a lasting impression on a 2026 player, Jabari Brady.

“They made my mom cry, the way they offered me because they showed to my mom that I'm a special player they want," Brady said.

Jabari Brady is a top-tier wide receiver in the class of 2026, rated as a 4-star recruit and one of the best high school football players nationwide. He’s about 6-foot-2 or 6-foot-3, weighs 190 pounds, and is fast, strong, and athletic. Besides football, he plays basketball and runs track. On the football field, Brady has put up big numbers.

As a freshman at Monarch High School, he had 43 catches for 864 yards and six touchdowns, helping his team reach the Florida 4M playoffs. In his sophomore year, he hauled in 70 passes for 1,392 yards and 10 touchdowns, leading Monarch to the state semifinals.

Colleges are heavily recruiting Brady, with over 40 offers from top programs like Ohio State, Oregon, Miami, Alabama, and LSU. He’s trimmed his options to a top-10 list that includes Texas A&M, Florida State, and Ole Miss. He’s also set to visit schools like Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma in June 2025 as he weighs his decision.
