The NFL announced the date and time for every preseason game for the upcoming season.

And the Indianapolis Colts picked up a primetime game. 


The Colts will travel to take on the Cincinnati Bengals at 8 pm EST on Amazon Prime. It'll be interesting to see how much/little each team will decide to play their starters. The two teams also will compete in a joint practice two days prior on August 20th. 

This becomes the Colts' second game, in which they will appear on primetime TV. They are also scheduled to play the New York Jets on Sunday Night Football during Week 11. 

The NFL also announced the rest of the NFL preseason schedule, which included the date and time for the Colts' other two games scheduled prior to the regular season. 

Colts preseason schedule

  • August 11th vs. Denver Broncos 1 pm 
  • August 17th vs. Arizona Cardinals 7 pm
  • August 22nd @ Cincinnati Bengals 8 pm Amazon Prime

As shown in a tweet earlier in the article, the Colts are also scheduled to host two joint practices with the Cardinals on August 14th-15th. Where the team and fans will get their first look at Marvin Harrison Jr. with his new team. We all wanted Harrison Jr. to be a part of Colts Training Camp, but this isn't exactly what we meant.
