This Sunday is a bit more special than usual for the Indianapolis Colts, with the team welcoming one of their all-time greats into an elite club.

That player is legendary Colts tight-end Dallas Clark, who will be added to their ring of honor during halftime of their Week 7 matchup against the Miami Dolphins.

The Colts drafted Clark with the 24th pick in the 1st round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He spent nine of his eleven NFL seasons in Indianapolis. He appeared in 115 games, totaling 427 catches, 4,887 yards, and 46 touchdowns. During his final two seasons, he played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Baltimore Ravens.

In the franchise's record books, he currently has the fifth most receptions, the ninth most receiving yards, and the seventh most receiving touchdowns. And he is the team's all-time leader among TEs.

Clark will become the Colts' 18th member of their Ring of Honor and the first TE to join that list. Colts Ring of Honor member and Clark's former teammate Peyton Manning had some nice words to share about Clark, the player and the person.
