This weeks victory Monday has a sour taste for fans of the Indianapolis Colts.

As their rookie QB Anthony Richardson is set to miss time after injuring his throwing shoulder during their Week 5 win over the Tennessee Titans.

While the team and Richardson are still seeking further opinions on his injury, the most likely outcome at this time seems to be him heading to the temporary injury reserve. The initial diagnosis of a Grade 3 AC joint sprain injury is better than the initial worry that the injury created on the field.

That diagnosis would keep Richardson off the field for 4-6 weeks. Here is the Colts schedule over that stretch:

Week 6: @ Jacksonville Jaguars
Week 7: vs. Cleveland Browns
Week 8: vs. New Orleans Saints
Week 9: @ Carolina Panthers
Week 10: @ New England Patriots (In Germany)
Week 11: BYE

With the team's bye week set for Week 11, holding him out the full six weeks could be wise to help get him back to near 100%. This situation is still developing, so we will continue to cover the updates as they occur in the coming days.
