It is a process Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay knows all too well.

McVay will be forced to replace Raheem Morris, who the Atlanta Falcons hired as the next head coach. Following Morris' hiring, McVay let him know how happy he was for him but sad that he would have to see the talented coach leave.

Morris was the Falcon's assistant head coach previously and their defensive coordinator in 2020. Now the Rams have to find their new defensive coordinator, and the Falcons have to put together the rest of their staff.

The Rams first hired Morris in 2021 and immediately won a Super Bowl.

Making life easier for McVay is the fact that the Rams will receive a draft pick for the loss of Morris.

Still, McVay will miss the coordinator that helped him win it all.
