The Tennessee Titans are officially back in the mix. Not the playoff mix. The Tom Brady mix.
According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the Titans are among the potential suitors for the 7-time Super Bowl champion.
For the Titans and their fans, this is not the first time that they have been in rumors about Brady.
Before joining the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Brady seemingly flirted with the possibility of joining Tennessee.
No one could forget the social media discussions about his visit to local schools with his family. Regardless, it didn't happen.
Brady went on to Tampa Bay and won one Super Bowl and is back in the playoffs this season, too.
The Titans have been vocally committed to Ryan Tannehill for the foreseeable future. We all know how that goes in the NFL sometimes, though. If Brady wants to come to the Titans, you have to think that they will try to make it work somehow.
The other landing spots for Brady make plenty of sense as well, though.
The Las Vegas Raiders have his former offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels as their head coach. They have a solid relationship.
Brady also may want to go back towards where he is from and join San Francisco. The 49ers have enjoyed a breakout campaign from rookie Brock Purdy this season, but it would be hard for them to turn Brady down if he is interested.
One thing is clear, though. It will be quite interesting to see if the Titans entertain Brady once again this off-season.
