On Friday, Ole Miss Rebels head coach Lane Kiffin sent a tweet seemingly directed at Tennessee Vols head coach Josh Heupel.

Kiffin tweeted a photo of a small orange and white airplane and asked "Josh here?".

A few hours after sending the tweet, Josh responded.

Except it wasn't Heupel, it was former Vols quarterback Josh Dobbs, who currently plays for the Tennessee Titans.

"You call?" tweeted Dobbs.

Dobbs never played for Kiffin, who was the head coach at Tennessee in 2009 — four years before Dobbs arrived in Knoxville. But the two are obviously familiar with each other.

In fact, Dobbs and Kiffin faced each other three times during Kiffin's time as Alabama's offensive coordinator (2014 to 2016). Unfortunately for Tennessee, all three meetings went in Alabama's favor (though Tennessee came close to knocking off Bama in 2015, as former Crimson Tide running back Derrick Henry recently noted).

Dobbs doesn't mix it up too much on Twitter, so it was fun to see him chop it up a bit with Kiffin.
