Cooter played at Tennessee in the mid 2000s under Phillip Fulmer.
The former Vol didn’t see much action on Rocky Top, serving as a backup quarterback during his time at Tennessee. Cooter, however, actually signaled offensive plays from the sideline for the Vols during the 2005 season.
