Tennessee Vols transfer tight end Holden Staes is reportedly visiting an ACC program on Thursday.

According to 247Sports' Chris Hummer, Staes is visiting Louisville.

Staes, who started his college career at Notre Dame, entered the NCAA transfer portal last month after spending one season at Tennessee.

The Atlanta native caught 15 passes for 131 yards and a touchdown during his lone season with the Vols.

With Miles Kistelman set to return to Tennessee in 2025 and Ethan Davis expected to see a bigger role in the Vols' offense, it made sense for Staes to hit the transfer portal to explore his options in the hopes of securing more playing time.
