With the end of the NFL season nearing, plenty of teams are already eliminated from playoff contention and are looking forward to draft season.

One of those teams is the San Francisco 49ers, who are in the middle of a disappointing season. Injuries have decimated the team and there are question marks about the future of the team. What are they going to do at quarterback? What about key free agents like Dre Greenlaw and Talanoa Hufanga? Will Deebo Samuel be on the team next season?

While this mock won't answer all of those questions, it will hopefully provide some stable depth across the team to help them get back to winning football.

San Francisco 49ers 7-Round 2025 NFL Mock Draft

Round 1, Pick 15: Derrick Harmon, DT, Oregon

The 49ers have had good play out of Maliek Collins and rookie Evan Anderson, but Collins has just one year left on his deal. Prized free agent addition Javon Hargrave is a pending free agent as well. They need to find a long-term building block in the middle of the defense to help draw attention away from Nick Bosa.

Derrick Harmon has been a fast riser this season, for good reason. His outstanding quickness, length, and power have made a disruptive force for the Ducks this season, and his play has been pivotal to Oregon being the #1 team in the country.

Round 2, Pick 46: Wyatt Milum, OT, West Virginia

It seems likely that Aaron Banks will walk in free agency and the 49ers will have to work quickly to replace him, as the team needs to protect Brock Purdy (or whoever will be under center next year) as much as possible.

With his lack of length, Wyatt Milum might not be an offensive tackle at the next level, but he's a natural fit in San Francisco's scheme and would slide right in as a starter immediately.

Round 3, Pick 77: David Walker, EDGE, Central Arkansas

The 49ers have to find answers in their pass rush opposite of Nick Bosa. Leonard Floyd has had a good year, but he's 32 years old and will be a free agent after next season. They'll need to regain their pass-rush dominance in order to get back atop the NFC.

David Walker might surprise you this high, but his film is unbelievably dominant at Central Arkansas, and he's primed to take over at the Senior Bowl practices. He'll be an excellent complement to Bosa.

Round 4, Pick 113: Jalen Royals, WR, Utah State

It's been evident this season that nobody in the league respects the 49ers' wide receiver room. Brandon Aiyuk will return to the lineup next season, but the rest of the room has to be schemed open routinely.

One pick won't change the entire room, but the 49ers desperately need to add playmakers on the offense. One such player is Jalen Royals, who has a case as one of the most electrifying playmakers in this draft class.

Round 6, Pick 190: Bilhal Kone, CB, Western Michigan

The 49ers have gotten terrific play out of rookie Renardo Green this year on the outside, but they will have Charvarius Ward and Isaac Yiadom set to hit free agency. They'll need to replenish their secondary.

Round 7, Pick 220: Bryce Cabeldue, OT, Kansas

Jaylon Moore has mostly held down the left tackle spot in the absence of Trent Williams, but he's a pending free agent. The 49ers need to keep adding to their depth up front.

Bryce Cabeldue isn't a household name, but he's firmly on draft radars with his play strength and athleticism.

Round 7, Pick 233: Moliki Matavao, TE, UCLA

The 49ers' offense loves to be multiple, but their tight end room has been picked apart by injuries this year, and none of the options aside from Kittle are significant contributors as receivers.

Don't let his mediocre production fool you, Moliki Matavao has terrific hands for a tight end and can be a reliable complement to George Kittle.
