Week 11 is packed full of intriguing matchups, including eight divisional matchups scheduled for Sunday. Some of the non-divisional games look awesome, too, with several playoff-eligible teams set to face off. Let’s look at some of our favorite contests this weekend.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-3) vs. Buffalo Bills (6-3), 1 p.m. ET, Sunday: While the Bucs are looking to get back running back Bucky Irving and others from injury, the Bills seem to be getting healthier by the week. Neither team is at full strength but this should be a great matchup regardless. This might be more of a defensive game than expected — the Bills only put up 13 points against the Miami Dolphins last week while the Bucs haven’t scored over 23 points since Week 6. Our guy Adam Zientek noted that it’s the Bills’ pass rush that needs to step up to win this one:

“…when [Baker Mayfield is] under pressure, he has a 55% completion percentage with five touchdowns and two interceptions. If Buffalo can consistently wreak havoc in the trenches, it’ll go a long way toward securing the victory. Fortunately, the team might get back defensive end A.J. Epenesa for the matchup, who was sidelined against Miami.”

Los Angeles Chargers (7-3) vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (5-4), 1 p.m. ET, Sunday: The Chargers are just one game behind the Denver Broncos in a tight AFC West division race, while the Jags seem more likely to battle for a wild-card spot given the Indianapolis Colts’ current domination of the AFC South. This is a huge game for both teams, with neither really being able to afford a loss with the Kansas City Chiefs trailing closely behind (the Chargers’ concern is more divisional, while the Jags’ is wild-card based).

For this one, I’m looking forward to seeing whether newly-acquired Jags receiver Jakobi Meyers plays a larger role after earning just 43% of offensive snap counts in his debut with Jacksonville last week. For L.A., I’m wondering whether their offense can hold up after so many injuries have piled up.

Seattle Seahawks (7-2) vs. Los Angeles Rams (7-2), 4:05 p.m. ET, Sunday: Can we agree that the NFC West is the most exciting division this season? Three teams are in a tight race for the top spot, and even the lowest team (Arizona Cardinals) is good enough to compete with them on any given week. It feels like a crime that this game isn’t in primetime — these two are pretty evenly matched and stacked across the board.

While both offenses can be explosive, I’m expecting this one to be more of a defensive game as well. Part of that depends on whether Rams WR Davante Adams plays, and how much WR Rashid Shaheed contributes after joining Seattle via trade last week. A wild card may be Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp, who will be going up against his former team in this game.

Kansas City Chiefs (5-4) vs. Denver Broncos (8-2), 4:25 p.m. ET, Sunday: The Chiefs are coming off a bye and Denver is coming off extra rest after a close, low-scoring win over the Las Vegas Raiders on Thursday Night Football. The Broncos’ offense hasn’t been consistently effective this season unless facing poor-quality defenses, but the Chiefs’ O struggled to get much going against Buffalo two weeks ago.

Both teams are pretty banged up which may increase the unpredictability in this matchup. The good news for K.C. is that it may be returning left tackle Josh Simmons to its lineup, a welcome addition after the O-line allowed a few sacks against Buffalo. Still, with both teams boasting strong defenses (especially Denver), don’t expect a shootout during this one.

Detroit Lions (6-3) vs. Philadelphia Eagles (7-2), 8:20 p.m. ET, Sunday: NFC Championship Game preview? Maybe so! Philly currently has the top spot in the NFC and would like to keep it that way, but continued issues with a vocal A.J. Brown have been a slight distraction over the course of the season. Though, three straight wins probably show that the Eagles can overcome those issues.

As Detroit tries to get a win streak going, the team doesn’t seem too worried about the Eagles’ Tush Push — in fact, coach Dan Campbell seems to be a fan of the play. The key for a Lions win seems to be keeping the mistakes low — after a 10-penalty game that led to a loss two weeks ago, Detroit had just three penalties for one total yard in its victory over the Washington Commanders last week.

TNF recap: Pats on top, draft szn for Jets

The New England Patriots moved to first place in the AFC after a 27-14 win over the New York Jets. The Pats sit at 9-2 while the Jets fell to 2-8, further assuring that New York will have a top-five pick in the 2026 NFL Draft (speaking of that — here’s a Jets mock draft for you, hot off the press!).

One of the most impressive parts about the Pats’ run is the recent breakout of rookie RB TreVeyon Henderson — in the last two weeks he has 243 yards and five touchdowns on 39 total touches, earning three of those scores against the Jets. He seems to have taken the role completely from Rhamondre Stevenson who has been out with a toe injury.

Looking ahead, the Pats seem to be in good shape. Their final six opponents share a combined record of 20-37 (.351 win percentage). The Jets, meanwhile, are just trying to hang on without any more injuries to top players.
